Tony Chiviles – Managing Partner

Tony Chiviles is Managing Partner and one of the founders of PayBridge. Tony is responsible for the day to day operations of PayBridge, including production, implementation, customer service and sales. Tony’s dedicated and innovative leadership helped PayBridge define a unique niche in integrating payroll and retirement to benefit our end clients, and to make our valued partners more competitive using PayBridge Web-based payroll (and related solutions) for client acquisition and as a retention tool. Tony’s vision and proven leadership touches all aspects of PayBridge’s business, such as marketing, sales and sales support, new product roll-out, and implementation of strategic and commercial programs.

Tony has been key in establishing PayBridge as a national presence. He brought to PayBridge a rare combination of Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial, start-up experiences. His successful track record spans 20 years of leadership across sales, marketing, financial and technical areas in payroll and IT consulting, making him uniquely qualified to help launch and lead PayBridge. This includes national-level leadership in management, sales, and business development with Fortune 500 firm Ceridian Corp. Complementing that large payroll firm experience, Tony has launched several successful startup firms targeting specific niches in payroll and IT. Some of these ventures, like Pyramis Technologies, were later merged into or acquired by larger firms seeking to gain time-to-market advantage over their competitors. One of Tony’s companies, Atrium Empowerment, was bought by Ceridian, who asked Tony to stay on to run and lead the integration effort.

James Lackey – Manager, Implementation/Operations

James has been with PayBridge and its predecessor company since 2005. He has a background as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Programmer, Information Technology Specialist, and Technical Writer.  James has an intimate knowledge of not only the end-user interface of the PayBridge Payroll Software and Time Works time keeping systems, but also the ability to customize both products to the client’s needs.

James has a Business Degree from the University of Akron and has worked for several corporation companies, including Verizon, FirstEnergy, Jones Day, and Kent State University. Each position presented challenges in developing new product, processes and/or strategies that improved efficiency and reduced workloads. James has brought years of experience to PayBridge that has helped us service client with the individual care they want and the accuracy they need.

Bridging technology with human contact, understanding the importance of both, allows James to help lead PayBridge into the future without sacrificing Dedicated Customer Experience we give to each and every client.

Michael Tucker, PHR – Vice President, HR Management Systems

With well over 20 plus years of solid HR and HRIS experience, Michael’s primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of PayBridge HR Projects and HR Implementations. Prior to his current role Michael worked in similar capacities for Ultimate Software, and Mangrove Software. Michael graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a BA Degree in Human Resources Management, has a Masters of Science Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute along with having an HRIS Certification from the University of Miami. Mr.Tucker has a wealth of experience in overseeing large & complex projects at all levels domestically and internationally making him a welcomed asset to the PayBridge team.

Ronald L. Drylie – Implementation and Operations

Ron is a Graduate of California State University, California, PA. He has 21 years in the time keeping and payroll arena. He owned, built and sold, Access1Source, a time keeping, Payroll and HR outsource service provider located in Henderson, NV. A1S serviced clients in 48 of the 50 United States and also had clients in Guam and Puerto Rico. Ron is an expert in Time keeping and its integration with payroll. Ron’s duties with Paybridge are implementation of new clients, discovery, time keeping, and provides payroll support for clients on the west coast. Ron has been with Paybridge for over three years but has been using our software platform for 15 years.

Rick Poje – Customer Service and Operations

Rick has been with PayBridge and its predecessor companies since 2003. He serves as a Customer Service Representative as well as an Operations Team Member. Rick has a broad Information Technology background with experience in financial and payroll processes. Over a 35+ year period, he has held numerous positions with British Petroleum, one of the largest oil companies in the world, as well as a Consultant for Ceridian, one of the largest payroll providers in the country. His roles and responsibilities have included: process engineering, project management, product expert, quality assurance and responsibility for all phases of the software development life cycle. Rick earned an Associate degree in Information Technology from Lorain County Community College in Ohio.

Brandon Adelman – Customer Service and Production

Brandon joined PayBridge in 2015.  He has been in customer service and operations support since 2007. He is responsible for ensuring PayBridge’s client satisfaction through stellar service. He is also responsible for servicing some of PayBridge’s “Total Payroll Outsource” clients, running their payrolls from start to finish so they can focus on their business needs.  He also assists in new client implementations and upgrades and is very knowledgeable on the entire PayBridge system. Brandon is a Dallas Cowboys and Notre Dame Fighting Irish fan and plays recreational volleyball in his spare time.

Kristina McDougle-Client Service & Payroll Outsourcing Specialist

Kristina joined PayBridge in 2012 as a client service and payroll outsourcing specialist. She serves as the primary point of contact for all clients utilizing Total Payroll Outsourcing, and supports a substantial number of clients in our east coast and mid-west regions. Kristina is also the primary contact for Census Vault, a service provided to our clients that provides annual reporting information for their retirement and investment service providers. In addition, she assists with new client implementations and new hire reporting. Prior to joining PayBridge, Kristina was employed with JP Morgan Chase for over 12 years. The majority of that time was spent in their Investment Management and Fiduciary Operations group as a Foreign Tax Reclaim Specialist. Kristina is a graduate of Otterbein University with a BA in Business Psychology.
